We have a fantastic opportunity to significantly improve the ramp connecting community in St Ann’s LTN to West Green Road and beyond, creating a safer cycling route linking North and South Tottenham.
The area where the Brunel Walk development meets the ramp garden has the potential to be much more ambitious than the council’s current plans, creating a viable alternative without significant extra cost.
The Fountain Area Residents’ Association (FARA) and Haringey Cycle Campaign (HCC) have jointly developed an alternative vision which would maximise the potential for our community in this redevelopment. We are advocating for an environment that promotes healthy lifestyles and fosters community engagement, which would be serving both the new council home residents and the wider community.
